Our modern production lines feature automation, Lean/Six Sigma oversight, and internal testing labs to hit industry-leading standards. American Manufacturing: We manufacture through Shaw’s facilities, including our Dalton, GA plant. Thanks to Shaw’s innovations, our fibers stay consistent and durable.
Vertical Quality Control: As part of Shaw, we control each stage of turf creation. That lets us ensure consistent fiber quality and uniform color and pile height across batches, rapid support for warranty concerns, and clear manufacturing traceability to resolve problems quickly.
Rigorously Tested: Before any turf reaches you, it’s tested and validated through Shaw’s labs and outdoor fields. We use a 13,000 sq. ft. sports science lab and over 18,000 sq. ft. of outdoor test plots to mimic extended real-world conditions. Blades are tested for colorfastness, durability, and ball/athlete interactions, so your turf remains natural-looking and durable over time.
